The Impact

The ReCEPL4STAI project will generate significant short-, medium- and long-term impacts, actively contributing to a more reliable and sustainable European AI ecosystem.

In the short term

It will analyse the European regulatory framework and examine the main AI-related policies in the three selected application areas — legal and judicial systems, AI-based automation, and cognitive technologies — thereby enhancing clarity and coordination across the different regulatory instruments.

In the medium term

The project will strengthen interdisciplinary dialogue between legal sciences and STEM disciplines, promoting cooperation among universities, industry, policymakers and civil society.

In the long term

The project will contribute to increasing public awareness of the legal, ethical and social implications of AI, and to disseminating best practices for the development of trustworthy technologies that respect fundamental rights.

The access to new methodological tools
